This year we are giving away more DVD Screensavers (they were a hit last year) and we also have Timeless Tributes playing cards (we're in Vegas!).

Vista Compatibility
 This has to be one of the top 5 questions that are received each day in support - "When will the software be Vista compatible?" Well, it already is! We have conducted extensive testing and the current version 4.0 of Timeless Tributes is fully compatible with the Vista operating system.

Increased FTP Server Space
 It is so annoying to receive the error "500 Quota Exceeded". We have doubled the maximum FTP space for all FTP accounts from 1 GB to 2 GB! If you receive the upload error give us a quick email or phone call and we will upgrade your account to 2GB for FREE!
*Please note: Do not publish your video to the web with high quality DVD music, be sure to use the WEB quality music. Large music files will slow down the time it takes to start the video... The faster the video loads, the more people will enjoy and refer them!
New More Secure Billing
 We feel that nothing is more important than protecting the information of our clientele. With so much fraud going on, it is very important that we ensure the security of all information given to us.You will notice the next time you use our billing system to upload a video, purchase a product, or renew your license, you will find a new billing page. The page ensures the safety and security of your CC info.
For your added convenience, we are now accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards!
Auto-Delete Expired Videos
 Expired videos will soon be set to auto-delete 12 months after expiration. This gives the family the option to renew the video even after the anniversary of death. You may still continue to delete expired videos yourself using Your Tribute Management; however, in the future it will no longer be a necessary part of your uploading life!
*In February 2008 we will launch the brand new Your Tribute website. It has been in development for the last 6 months and with only 4 more months to go we can't wait for it to be ready! Stay tuned for FAR MORE DETAILS soon!!
The Dreaded Windows Media Error...
 This problem has definitely caused a stir. We have developed a routine checklist to fix the problem and has been working well. However, sometimes this does not always fix the error. We have a new BETA version of Timeless Tributes that solves this problem. However, because it has not been fully tested we are holding off releasing it to all of our customers.

► STAFF CHANGES
As we continue to grow we are adding to our staff! We are pleased to announce Melissa Kenney as our new face in the technical support department. Many of you have already spoken with Melissa and we are sure you will find her expertise a big plus when it comes to problem solving.
On another note, Paul Wilson is no longer with us. Please continue to call into the sales department (extension 701) or email sales@timeless-tributes.com with your DVD case orders and other sales needs. Be sure to watch for new sales representatives soon!

Video Interludes
In March we released 11 new video interludes including many of our customers requests - golf, waterfalls, and more!
 For those of you who aren't familiar with Video Interludes, they are moving full-sized photos that you can place in your video and use effects with. They work great as intro/closing slides and are a beautiful addition to your videos!

Music
 We often receive requests for new music; however, adding another 300 songs would only serve to boggle the mind! We wouldn't be the best without your suggestions! Keep sending us emails to support@timeless-tributes.com with the genres of music you would like us to add in a future update.

Did you know that the average video is watched 130 times by over 60 unique visitors?
 Each time a tribute video is viewed on Your Tribute, your funeral home is getting that credit. Our customers who are uploading are impressed with the increased traffic they get to their website. An increase in traffic means that your funeral home is getting noticed!
We realize that not every family member and friend can make it to a funeral. Providing an upload service for you helps you to provide a better service to your families by bringing them closer together in their time of need.
