► TIMELESS TRIBUTES 5.0 RELEASE DATE
 After a long wait…IT’S HERE! Timeless Tributes™ has completed creation for our version 5.0 upgrade! We apologize to all who have anxiously awaited this release. We have had delays with our updates, and we’ve decided to add a few more features we felt were quite important at this time. We are scheduling the release for June 16, 2008. The download will be available in the Member’s Area. Call Support for any questions!

► WHAT'S NEW?
1. DVD BURNING SOFTWARE
Integrated right into the software. NO MORE NEO! This addition is the most important for those using Vista! You will find the DVD burning module easier to use with everything right at your fingertips.
2. MP3 PLAYLIST
Always a pain to use a drop down box to create a playlist, right? Now we have it at the touch of your fingertips, integrated into the Music Button! Simply click the Music Button, and you have the choice to add one song, or create a playlist as long as you need, all in one place! There is no need to save your playlist separately, it is stored in your project. The mp3 duration auto-updates each time a new song(s) is chosen, so you’ll always know how long your play list is before you insert into your project
3. PHOTO CAPTION
You asked for it, you got it.. FULL FONT CONTROL! You can now create your text with Hot Pink Large font, a Lucinda Caligraphy script, and place it right above the treeline! The complete choice is yours of font and placement is yours! Sure to be a crowd pleaser!
4. WMV ERROR
We have tested and tested, and tested more on both XP and Vista machines and we are pleased to say NO MORE WMV ERRORS! You will still have to deal with the usual specifications for scanning your project (no more than 150dpi, etc) and you will still need to regularly house-clean your PC, however this will be the best fix yet for those that are not able to create in HQ.
5. NEW WEB PUBLISHING MODULE
We have installed new servers with new firewalls; new security features to better protect your online videos from piracy! Our new module will fix a range of problems from hit and miss current problems of videos sometimes not becoming activated at the time of purchase all the way to full ftp accts. You’ll find improved control over the videos and web tributes, you’ll be able to remove videos/tributes at any time, and so much more! We now have a much better version of YourTribute (YT Tributes) coming out that is sure to please!
6. NEW CHOOSE BACKGROUND BUTTON
No need to click the "settings" tab and the "custom" button to choose your background. Select your background from the main window the same way you choose a photo or song.
7. PHOTO REPLACE
Move a photo on your computer? Need to switch a photo? The new photo replace button lets you easily replace a missing or incorrect photo. The new photo you select will retain the same transitions/effects and timing of the previous photo.

AUTO-UPDATER
The software now includes an auto-updater. No need to keep checking the members area. Your software will notify you when new software updates, skins and video interludes are available. With the click of a button you can quickly and easily donwload and install all new updates.

NEW LOOK
Timeless Tributes 5.0 has a new look. We have replaced the old out-of-date looking buttons and made some changes to button names and layout. We want the software to be as user-friendly as possible!
10. SUPPORT AND TRAINING
Currently we offer support for 30 minutes with the renewal of your Music License, but we felt this was deterring some from calling in with questions. Your questions are VERY important to us so call us anytime you need anything!
With your Music License renewal, we will train one staff member in your funeral home the ins and outs of the software, using online access. Previously this would have been covered as a training package, but we want YOU to succeed, and what better way to ensure that. We come right to you! More than one staff member is for a nominal fee, and of course we do still have our training package for those that are wishing continuous training of all employees!

Here are some more things to watch our for in 2008:
1. PC TIPS IN MEMBERS AREA
Housekeeping on your PC needs to happen on a regular basis in order to keep your PC optimal for better tribute creation. Soon you’ll find links and Educational Newsletters with tips on how to do this! If you’re not sure about doing this yourself, for $45 USD, support can log into your machine remotely and perform the housecleaning functions for you. Just call or email support@timeless-tributes.com to schedule your appointment!
2. NEW MUSIC
We are still looking for more suggestions for music genres. We have access to literally thousands of music, and rather than create one very large installer that takes forever to download, we will instead allow each music genre to be downloaded separately. You can choose which music you’d like to use! BE sure to email support@timeless-tributes.com your preference for music genres!
3. NEW BACKGROUND
We are searching for new backgrounds and Video Interludes to add to our libraries. We recognize that not all the backgrounds are used by every funeral home, so we’re asking that when you have us on the phone, or just email support@timeless-tributes.com, let us know your most-used background and perhaps new types of backgrounds you’d like to see!
