How do i publish to the web?
When you signed-up for TimelessTributes™ we created a special Web Publishing account for you. You will need to read the Web-Publishing manual and read the brief section on “Configuring your TimelessTributes™ Upload Settings”. After completing the upload configuration, create you show in an HTML format. Click the FILE button at the top-left of the TimelessTributes™ screen, select the UPLOAD SHOW button from the drop-down list. The show will start to upload. After the show is uploaded click the MANAGE SHOW text in blue then follow the screen prompts. (NOTE: Don’t press the OK, it is used for some of our program testing and we will soon remove it from the screen.).

How do I update a TimelessTributes™ video already on the web?
Simply re-upload your replacement TimelessTributes™ video using the same name as the original. This will replace the original TimelessTributes™ video with your new version.

How do I link a TimelessTributes™ video to an obituary on my website?
After uploading a TimelessTributes™ video and selecting MANAGE SHOW, the management screen will show you the web address of the TimelessTributes™ video you just uploaded. Simply copy and paste this web address into your obituary. See the web publishing documentation for tips on using specific obituary software and ways of making your link stand-out better.

How can the family let friends and relatives view the TimelessTributes™ videos online?
All you need to do is give the family the URL (i.e. the Web address) of the TimelessTributes™ video. When you upload the video to the Web, we give you the Web address. Just give that address to the family. (Even better, link it to your obituaries and invite them to visit your website to view the TimelessTributes™ video). They can include this address in emails to friends and relatives. Recipients of the address only need to “click” on it to start the video.

Where is the TimelessTributes™ video hosted?
They are hosted on web-servers managed by yourtribute.com. The systems are designed to stream the TimelessTributes™ videos in a way that starts the video instantly.

How long will my TimelessTributes™ video stay online?
60 days for free. You or the family can extend this time from 1 year to 10 years. When you upload your TimelessTributes™ video you can choose how long you would like to keep it online. We offer the first 60 days free-of-charge. Please write us at support@timeless-tributes.com to learn more.

Do you contact my families?
No, these are your customers and we respect your relationship with them. TimelessTributes™ renewals are offered when people view the TimelessTributes™ video. We don’t contact them at anytime.
